Cancelling an Order

Returning Merchandise

You can return items purchased on sosfinder.com within five days following their purchase date only if such items are defective. The money corresponding to the returned merchandise will be credited to your account.

Upon receipt of your package, we will credit your account and send you a confirmation via e-mail.

Note:
If the merchandise was in good condition when it was delivered, you must assume the shipping and handling fees for the original delivery as well as for the return of the merchandise.

However, if the merchandise was damaged or defective at the time of delivery, or if the merchandise did not match your order, SOS Finder will refund the total value of your purchase as well as the shipping and handling fees.

Important:
SOS Finder cannot be held liable for any damages to the returned merchandise while it is in transit. We therefore strongly suggest that you use a well-known shipping service company.

Warrantees

SOS Finder offers you a replacement or refund warrantee within five days following your purchase on www.sosfinder.com. This warranty is only applicable for defective merchandise.

Responsibility

Should SOS Finder be found responsible pursuant to a claim by one of its website customers, its liability shall be limited to the aggregate of the amounts paid by the customer to SOS Finder for purchases made through its website.
